It is always a terrific experience with Hotel and their staff who are very supportive based on my experience of last 15 years with Hotel Galaxy Also this Hotel gives an home feeling in budget and safe for Females on their individual travel. As it is in heart of city, so no issue to find and walking distance from Railway Station.

You can expect what you pay. The rooms are clean and good for budget and solo traveler or a business traveler as the location of the hotel is central. Hot & Cold running water 24*7, which is good for my kinda people. Very welcoming staff. Security wise okay as I didn't see much security.

First, location is very good, just near to Railway station. Next, the hotel looks good from the outside itself. We are warmly welcomed by the reception staff and they were polite and helpful. The room was neat and clean. Also the bathroom is fine. Sleep was good in the bed. Bed were well cleaned. Nice stay.

I was in Surat for a couple of days for visiting some places and shopping. I loved my stay here. The property has a lots of pros. I am listing them below: 1. Excellent Prompt Service. 2. Location very close to station and market. 3. Very clean rooms and adequate toileteries. 4. In house Pantry from 7 AM to 1 AM. 5. Rooms are extremely spacious. 6. Excellent 24 hour checkout policy. 7. Bed and sheets are very clean and they also spray fresheners around in lobby. 8. Rates very much reasonable in comparison to all the above pros. The only improvement scope I saw was they can replace the window ACs with split ones. Again this is not a con but can be seen as an improvement area. Also the in house pantry provides egg items, which may be a back for some people. Thus all in all I felt very much nice about this place and definitely would want to stay there if back in Surat.
